SCOREBOARD UPGRADE COMING TO RESEARCH PARK.

The heartbeat of a great footy match? The scoreboard. And our beloved old scoreboard at Research Park is about to get a serious upgrade! We’re excited to announce that Research Junior Football Club has secured an $80,000 funding grant to install a brand-new, modern scoreboard that will benefit not just RJFC, but the entire community.

A massive thank you goes out to Vicki Ward MP for Eltham and Premier Jacinta Allan for backing grassroots sport with this vital investment. The new scoreboard will elevate the match day experience for players, families and supporters across Eltham, Research, and the broader Diamond Valley region.

At RJFC, we believe in creating the best possible environment for our young players—and that includes great facilities. This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the player and spectator experience, making Research Park one of the most welcoming and well-equipped grounds for junior football in Victoria.

But this isn’t just a win for the Searchers. Our home ground is also used by a number of local sporting clubs and community groups, all of whom will benefit from this exciting development. It’s a win for local sport, grassroots footy, and for everyone who loves this special slice of the universe we get to call home.
