GIRLS FOOTBALL PROGRAM

As a proud AFL Women & Girls Chartered Club, Research Junior Football Club is proud to offer a dedicated Girls program, consistent with our commitment as an all-inclusive, family oriented club. 

Research Junior Football Club Girls Program provides a clear and supportive pathway from Auskick through to Under 18s, helping players grow in skill, confidence and connection.

Younger age groups focus on fun, learning the game and equal participation, while older teams move into graded competition with finals for qualifying teams.

We emphasise fair play, fitness, commitment and a positive team environment, with coaches supporting every player’s development both on and off the field.

The Women & Girls Community Football Charter is a commitment to champion women and girls, further demonstrating our commitment to supporting and growing Junior Girls Football and their love for the game.

Our modern Club Rooms have established Research Junior Football Club as having the most female friendly facilities in the region with state of the art change rooms designed specifically for the inclusion of girls in junior football.

We are also investing in supporting Coaches and Support Teams with a program designed to help girls develop their skills and fitness, and above all, feel confident and get the maximum enjoyment out of their football.
