Notice is hereby given of the intention to hold the 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Research Junior Football Club Inc. (“RJFC”)
on Wednesday 7th October 2025
commencing at 7:30PM (AEDT)
at Research Park Clubrooms, 1459 Main Road, Research
Dear Members,
You are warmly invited to attend the 2026 AGM of RJFC as detailed above.
All positions on the Executive and General Committee will be spilled at the AGM and the new 2027 season Executive positions will be appointed.
To nominate for the Executive Committee, please complete and return the below Nomination Form.
You will also find below the AGM Agenda, as well as a Proxy form if you are unable to make it to the meeting in person.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Club. We are always looking for people to bring new enthusiasm, fresh ideas and individual skills and experience to the running of your Community Club. A role on the general Committee or one of our sub-Committees is a great way to have a real impact on the direction of the Club, and with so many roles with varying levels of involvement, commitment or skill-set requirements, it’s a great way to contribute what you can, when you can.

APPLICATION FORMS
PROXY FORM
Download and complete the Proxy Form if you are unable to attend the meeting and would like another eligible member to vote on your behalf. To be valid, the completed form must be emailed to secretary@researchjfc.com.au at least 24 hours before the meeting, or handed to the Chairperson at the commencement of the meeting when proxies are called for. The form must be signed by the parent or guardian providing the proxy. Please note that only one parent or guardian from each member family is entitled to vote, and if you lodge a valid proxy but later attend the meeting, you will not also be able to vote in person.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE NOMINATION FORM
Download and complete the Executive Committee Nomination Form to nominate for an Executive position in accordance with the current RJFC Constitution. Completed nominations must be submitted to the Club Secretary at secretary@researchjfc.com.au no later than 7 days prior to the AGM. Nominations received after this deadline will be considered invalid. Nominations may only be accepted from the floor on the night of the AGM where no prior nomination has been received for that Executive position.

You don’t need to have previous committee experience as the Club will provide the training and support you need. If you have an interest, skill or experience you think could benefit the Club, or you’d simply like to find out more about what a role involves, we’d love to hear from you. Complete the form and return it to secretary@researchjfc.com.au.
